Teenagers will use paints, drawing materials, papers/ text and textiles to create an original, expressive mixed media art work. Teenagers will explore identity and express themselves visually through creating a Mixed Media artwork on canvas. Following a layering process, teenagers will include drawn images, hand written text and painted elements along with found items such as textiles and book texts to create a representational artwork on a canvas 40 x 50 cm.

Please come prepared with

- your favourite song lyrics, poem or short piece of text (could be your own writing)

- an object or photo of an object you wish to draw or paint that is significant to you.
